Off to Bologna – candy on the train

Hungry, wandering around the streets of Bologna we heard dishes from behind a door.
We stumbled into an incredible local restaurant.  I had a beautifully prepared gnocchi
and carpaccio to die for… and extremely reasonable (even though the dollar sucks).

Cesari for dinner… mix of tourists and locals.  Once again the food was excellent.

Salami plate… I love my pig, and an amazing fungi turrine.
