  2. omg. mike and i cooked skirt steak at home for the first time and i don’t think we’re ever going to be able to eat any other cut again….

  3. This is flank steak, cut from the belly. Skirt steak is cut from the diaphram.
    Skirt is one of my favorite cuts. Amazing on the bbq!
